Someone from the above number (650-960-3711) keeps calling our home phone regularly and rapidly almost every day or every other day. When we pick up, the caller is quiet and does not say a word. They keep calling about at least 10 times in a single minute or two.
This is very annoying. I'll have to find out the person behind it, why they're doing this, and how to block that number from calling again.

Some people just got nothing better to do!
