I just got a call on my landline from this number so I answered. I got a recording that said "you may be eligible for a rate reduction of 65%. Press 5 now to confirm your eligibility or press 3 now to revoke your eligibility and be subject to rate increases". There were no other options. I have no idea what this "rate" is. I pressed "0" and got a live person and immediately said that I am on the do-not-call list and to not call me back and then I hung up.
