Called my cell phone. Sounded like a robo-caller. Only the last bit of it was recorded, but I heard something about a 5-star hotel and press some other digit to be removed from their calling list. Blocked them. CID was Mountain View, CA. Can't block the whole area code/prefix as it's legit for my area.
