I got a call from this number and caller ID said New York. It was a recorded message that said "Card Holder Services" The said my current credit card was in good standing but I needed to call them for a lower interest rate. This is a scam. None of my current cards do any calling from New York and the recording never mentioned the exact card I have. DO NOT CALL these people or give them any information. This is a phishing scam to get people to unwitting give them their credit card number. Stay away from them
