Who called from 7180123456

This number had been calling my cell almost everyday and when I call it back it says it's a non-working number

called me (was for previous owner of our number) I answered and when i tried to ask them to stop calling they hung up

Got a call for someone else, I told them it was a wrong # and then they just hung up.

received this call a couple of days ago, didnt answer and no one has tried calling back
