Been getting voicemails from them a couple of times a day. Never a msg

This number calling me every day (no weekend) before 12 pm.
I'm going to report this number.

i get a call from this number multiple times a day saying it's in regards to discounts on my ConEd bill. It says to press 3 if i'm not interested and press 5 to be transferred to the "discount center." But neither option does anything--the message just repeats.
