It's obviously some scam artist with a program that does Robo Calls. Just remember, it's like the concept of the company that makes radar for the cops is the same company that makes radar detectors for people who want to push the speed limit and not get caught. It's like the (sick) people who try to send viruses are some of the people who now make the programs to remove them.
So, if there is anyone out there with experience working for the phone companies, get your heads together on how to stop this.... or are the phone companies making money off of these schemes?
