Received call from this number that says it's a carpet company and winter is here so they have deals. Says to dial 0 or 9 to contact them. I press so that I can be removed from their list and instead I'm hung up on.

Forgot to mention that when I call back, once I press 3 I hear "Your call can not be completed as dialed." I tried many times and still the same thing.
