Called my phone on 07/18/2007 at 4:47am, my wife picked the phone, they asked for me by my first name and then hung up.
My Caller Id: was showing "Name Not Found" and "718-123-2083" number.
Is not that illegal to call that early?
Got call to the home phone right past the midnight. My girlfriend picked up and upon confirmation of the name the anonymous person hang up. The area code 718 is in NY (Brooklin, Queens, Bronx), but there is no exchange 123 exist in it. I tend to believe that it may have something to do with the stolen info from some place online. Definetely I'll look into all our credit records.

Called my work number this a.m. at 6:29 a.m. My sense is that they are probably selling phone lists but need to have valid numbers to get paid - so they have a bunch of outsourced labor from India dialing for dollars in the middle of the night, hoping no one picks up and that they can confirm the name through VM, which they just did to me.
Not sure who it is, and surprised they have cell numbers. Anyone contact the better business bureau yet?
I received a call this morning on my cell phone at 6:27AM and the guy with a foreign accent asked if he could speak with me9 used my first nmae). I asked "who is calling?" and he hung up...
I received the phone call this morning at 12:30 AM and then they immediately called my cell phone. When I called the number back, I receive an error stating that the call could not go through. Neither left a message.
Received a call at 1 AM on my cell phone. Got to work this morning and found two missed calls on my work phone from the same number. Recently put my resume on Monster.com with my cell number.
