Some Pakistani sounding guy claiming to work for verizon. Total scam

Some arab guy wanting my info and asking about my home phone. Definite scammers. Could barely understand him. Sounded like a middle eastern voice.

Pakistan or Indian guy call and said he work at Verison ask for social totally scam

Call me and ask for my social said from Verison take my husband social number

I constantly get calls from this number.Name unavailable. Often I am awaken by the ring of the phone. Several times a week. I simply refuse to answer anymore!  Is there any steps that can be taken going forward to stop this from happening?
