Who called from 7182100147

Got a call on my cell phone today with some Indian woman asking if she can sell me international phone something or other.
How annoying!

Actually they were calling from Montreal, website http://pulsetele.com/main/ selling overseas call discounts.

Woman called in barely passable English asked if I wanted to buy international phone service.  Someone has obviously sold my cell phone number.

They were calling me ,over and over but i didn't answer

I get a call from these guys but no answer
