Seems to be a general telemarketing number that many different companies use. I received a call from 7182100150 in Polish asking me if I wanted to use a different phone service. I said no, thanked them and said good bye.
Got the call. The speaker spoke Polish. He said that is calling from telephone company and was talking about offering me great rates(??) When i aske when he got my number he got very upset and rude. He basicaly said that I put that number somewhere and that where he got and if I do not want to get the call I should cancel my telephione # and hang up on me.
