Received a call from this number. They asked if I spoke russian, and I said yes since I do. This is some telephone company trying to sell long distance. I asked them how they got my number, but the sales person did not know. I asked a manager to call me back with that information. We'll see what happens.
I told them they were terrorists and bothering me and I would report them to the government. An english speaking person picked up. Haven't received a call since.
