I get a call from this number about once or twice a week, but they never leave a message. They frequently call after business hours (Pacific time), as well as on weekends. I finally called them back and the first recorded prompt I got was, "Press 1 to continue in English. Press 2 to continue in Vietnamese." I pressed 1 and was put on hold for about a minute. A female then came on to the line and spoke English with a very, very thick accent that I believed (or assumed) to be Vietnamese. I could not understand what she was saying - other than I think she said something about a Lutheran church, but I'm not positive. After twice telling her I couldn't understand what she was saying, she said, "OK" and then hung up. So I'm still not sure who or what it is and what they want.
