Who called from 7182100309

Whoever this is has called my texting app on my iPod touch three times. I sent a text back asking who it was but there was no answer. I haven't picked up once and have tried calling back once but there was no answer.

Calls me almost every day. I never answer. They never leave a message.

Whatever

this number has called me then hang up right away for so many times.  When I called back nobody ever ansered the call. And the answering service never reported who he was.

It is NECC Telecom, a international long distance provider who services mostly Albanians calls to Albania and back.
