I usually don't answer calls that I don't recognize the number but was expecting a call from Md. Heard noise or static for a second or so before it hung up. 411.com shows a landline in NYC.
just got a call from this number.. a guy who doesnt speak much english responded after a few moments of me saying hello.. but this is only one instance.. maybe the government is up to no good????lol
