The call showed up as though it were an international call. We thought it might be my BIL who lives in England, until we realized there were not enough numbers. Further research showed that this was a Brooklyn exchange.
If you try to call back it *immediately* says "this number has been disconnected. How the heck does a disconnected number keep calling me?
