Take care with this people!
This is the second time this happens. I order my toner supplies through Ricoh, but after I place the order, someone else call my company saying something like: they work for a third party and they told them we have a lost cartride, or that I order a toner and they need to know again the type. MMM weird...after a week, we get a toner from this "company" with just a receipt with nothing but the toner # written; and two weeks later!! we receive an invoice charging the triple of the toner value. Fortunately for us, we didn't use it, and after three or 4 calls to this company, they sent us the shipping label to return it. Watch this people carefully!!!!!!!!!
