That doesn't even make sense!
You should NEVER give out personal information to any unknown caller.

Called ... asked if I can hear  ... said yes ... then went on to say that i won a $200 gift shopping card from any store ... so I gave the name of a store that is no longer in business ... asked her if that store is on the list; she said yes.

I asked her where she got my number from since it is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  She hung up.
I call the number back; they do not accept call from blocked number.  Call from my cell; automated voice answered.  I blocked number on my sell..

I just got a call from this #, they asked me can you hear me, I accidentally said Yes, i blocked this #, after realizing , i am panic, what to do now?

Call, I let it go to voicemail, they hang up.

i got an automated message, asking over and over can you hear me.
