ok so i got one of these random calls the past 2 days. i asked to speak to sumone wjom spoke clear english and he told me he was. the man has an accent of a man from india or latino. hes threating me with sum bs about a loan from cashnet that i have gotten. thats when he threatned to arrest me and other bs. who is this person and how are they getting my number?????
Very rude sounding Indian man who calls and pretends to be an "officer" though he does not say an officer for where or for who or what of. I have no clue who this joker is but I went ahead and reported it to the FBI's tip line...who knows maybe he is financing a terror group with his scam.
I've been receiving the same phone calls. He said I took out a payday loan and he had an affadavit. I called my local sheriff's department and there is not an outstanding warrant in my name. I never took out a loan, however my ID was stolen back in August and I've had to close bank accounts and dispute 1000's in charges. I can only assume this how he got my information. If anyone has any idea how to stop this guy, please let me know.
I am getting these same threatning calls from a man with an Indian accent stating his name is Officer Neil Smith with the "Department of Law and Investigation". My calls are the same as everyone elses in regards to a case is filed against my name and if I do not respond then he only wishes me good luck. How do we stop these calls or who do we need to speak with to help us?
Well after this guy Dean Smith called me today to try to scam me I figured I would have a little fun with this guy. I called them back from several different numbers and gave him the run around. I claimed to be Pizza Hut. I also called like I pretended his business was Toys R' Us asking if I could buy some toys for my kids and he cusses me out everytime............hahahahahahahahahahahaha its so fun to mess with them. But later today I called him and actually had a good conversation. He said they had scammed about 10,000 ppl today and that one of the transactions was for 7000. People please dont fall for this crap.
