Called several times. Left a message about health insurance and gave an 888 number in the message telling me if I didn't want to pay a tax penalty to call them back before the end of the enrollment period. Scam.

Of course, since this site is to help people identify unknown phone numbers and is not affiliated with whomever called you your request here won't do any good. If you get a lot of unwanted calls, you might want to Invest in a call blocker or at the very least, don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize and don't call numbers back "just to find out who called."
