I received call from this number like three times in 1 minute. Person continues to hang up. When I dial the number back, that dreaded automated voice says "your call can not be completed as dialed...". Who is this?
I have been receiving a dozen pone calls from 718 289 2000 and when I call back, it says unavailable. when I pick up, there is no way there. it is really annoying because I have been receiving the calls in early mornings and sometimes on weekends
