Who called from 7183049797

I got this message and called T-Mobile. They verified that my account was in good standing and that I hadn't received any weird charges. They just said that it sounded like spam and just to reply with "STOP" to be removed from their texting list.

I got a text from 3608 same message San Bernardino Schools FCU Card Frozen,
I called the number and put in a random number, it just kept asking for a valid CC number. I even tried to send an e-mail to them and will probaby get spam back.

I wonder if T-Mobile can block text's from 4 digit numbers? I'll call and ask them.

same exact thing today too... myself, my fiance, and my mom all got the same same texts. My mom gets them about once a week or so and when i call t-mobile they can't tell me anything. if they have nothing to do with it that means that somebody is getting into their system to be able to access all our numbers and accounts. right? if it happens again i'm reporting it
