I did not have my glasses on when the phone rang so I picked up. There was a young man on the line and who said, "How are you." I said, "ok". Then he said, "I wish I was ok". When I asked who he was, he hung up. Very strange.
I have the same problem in answering calls I shouldn't or blocking calls I shouldn't because I don't have my glasses on!! A word of warning - never give an affirmative answer to a blind caller's question - - no 'yes', 'okay', 'fine', etc. - - - they record your response and then tack it on to their sales pitch to buy something as your confirmation of accepting the offer - - then, they hit your phone bill with the charge. If you challenge, they play back the sales pitch with your 'yes' or 'okay' response as authorization for the charge.
Answered and caller said hi grandma. I asked who it was and he said he was my oldest grandson. When I said you are not my grandson he said oh my god and hung up. Strange.
