I got a two calls from this number within 24 minutes. I also called the number and it rings twice and then says it's not a working number. I went on intelius and got a report on the number and it said Leadership Training from Brooklyn NY landline, Verizon. But I also had a police report about my phone snatched out of my hand and I chased the kid and got it back. The police came and filed a report. It's weird all of you say it is about the NYPD.
Just happened to me. Question is: how do they know the specifics of a Police report? Person named the possible perp that may have vandalized my car (which was on the report). Asked if anything was stolen from the car.
