11/09/07 - Rcvd call sometime this AM, have no idea who they are, what they do, or the type of information they are looking for.

This is a home alarm monitoring service.

They called regarding my grandmothers home alert system  - this is the device that people can wear on them and if they fall or have a medical emergency they can push a button and dial the system.

Just got a call from this leaving a voicemail. Supposedly a medical alert company, calling to verify contact information. We don't have any service with them.

This a normal company that offers monitoring services etc... They are located in NY
