I got the same message as Jackie T received. Yes very intimidating message. I did not call him back. Caller was male did not leave his name or company he was affiliated with.
Very very abusive and threatening phone calls from person introducing himself and officer Rick Carter and if you answer the phone call than he says officer Anderson from IRS

I love getting these scam calls from the "IRS." What indiots they are to think we would believe it's a legitimate call. Poor use of the English language, lousy accent. I told the schmuck to stuff his callwhere the sun don't shine.
Received two calls today. I responded to the call and spoke to some one with bad accent. Was some ok when I told him to take off the calling list as I was not the person he was looking for.
Called again with same message and I called back and he used very bad nasty language.
