Woman called claiming owed money to a hospital , while laughing and giggling was in the background i thought it was a prank . When i asked some detailed info she said it attemots to collect were made i then asked from who i never received any bills from rtr she did kept talking over me while i was trying to get info to see if the call was legitimate but was told i would be labeled as hostile and uncooperative and hung up .When you want to collect a debt if one exists have someone with manners and some professionalism making the call rather than two uneductaed women laughing while trying to explain the issues.

This is a Debt collection agency. No solicitation. You can not make a complaint on them calling because YOU OWE A DEBT. Take a look at the Fair Debt Collection act. They are allowed to call. And try calling the actual number. You are all probably calling an automated system back off your caller ID that does not accept incoming calls. Try calling the number they have listed and I bet you will get some where. Low life morons who do not pay their hospital bills go to this agency - try again retards.
