This number calls every day and does not answer when you pick up the phone. When they do respond they say they can help to lower your con Edison bill.

My caller ID says "Backbone Community" I actually thought this was lagit because I have a slipped disc and have seen a spine doctor. But when I called it back to ask who gave them my name and number the phone sort of rung once and went right to a strange fast busy signal. I just blocked it.

I think it's a SCAM
