This has nothing to do with your call. It's pure coincidence.These trolls are not selling knee, back braces or anything else, but rather trying to confirm your ID and match it to a phone number. It's part of a skip tracing effort by a junk debt collection agency. Once they figure out their spoofed number has been blocked they switch to another spoofed number. No legit company would ever pursue any individual with such determination. They've got ulterior motives and they're not good.
Tired of phone ringing can only ignore it but for so long. Auto system stated “returning your call regarding requested back brace info please hold for next available representative. Male individual picked up started by saying “it’s my understanding you’re on Medicaid” of which I replied “you guys are bunch of lying demons”!! There was silence, and then he said “sorry” & hung up, I guess wasn’t expecting that kind of response but I’m tired of the calls; LEAVE ME ALONE.
Got call today but automatically blocked. Only numbers I program in will be accepted and all others are automatically hung up on and never rings thru to me. I only know by looking at call blocker caller ID list who called and was blocked. Makes life very peaceful. I will say this scam company uses many different numbers and area codes
Called at 10am this morning left no message.
I saw a tv commercial one night about a knee brace & since I have a bad knee I was possibly interested in getting one.
Unfortunately I call asking about the cost of the brace. That was a big mistake, now I get calls from about 8 to 10 different numbers that never leave messages then when I come here I see that they're all because of that one call I made! I should've known better!!
