Who called from 7183702175

It was from a college search I did online.

I should probably also point out that many of the numbers with area code 718 and then 370, are probably the same place, they have more than one number and they keep calling but not leaving any messages.

I get calls from this number up to three times/day--no message. How do you get them to stop calling you?
