I have been gettin a call m-f almost everyday for the past 4 months now almost always around 10 in the morning for a person named Rowana Husana. Every time I have called back to get my number taken off for myself I have been hung up on or called a liar but not once have I been able to get a manager or anyone there that will even listen to me at all.
- i think a company who has bought a debt, i do not answer they never leave a message, but what i have read online about how they harrass it is outrageous. i know employment is bad but doing that for a job ranks with cleaning public toilets*. they are so rude because they get paid a percentage on what they bring in, so maybe one call in 50 they may frighten a little old lady. i took one to court so now many of those calls have stopped because it is on public record that they and the bottom feeder law firm backed down (believe me the attorneies are not the brightest in the bunch...i felt bad for him, talk about broken dreams guess he never imagined being a NYC lawyer would entail being a roach
I usually do not answer, but one time i got five calls from another agency in 10 minutes,I told one woman i would not like her job, and hung up. she called back and said 'god do n't like ugly'. i reported her to her supervisor and suggested she was fired, & they stopped calling or i would go to the state attorney. You have to be as hard ball with them as they are nasty with you. I honestly do not know how these people could go home and sleep at night.
i think this is a new ploy too, they seem to have local area codes now not 800#'s. my spare cell is a 212- i guess there are numbers available now that were not before, so they look like it could be important messages/calls
This guy called Lee asked for me.... now that I know it is about some unpaid medical billing that I do not have to pay for becausse the insurance is supposed to pay it... I will just ignore him
