Pertaining to you bill from Con Ed - trying to get you to switch service.  Recorded call.

After being connected, when I asked who was calling specifically, they terminated the call.

i saw this number on my caller ID and when I called it back it was constantly busy.

harassing calling me every day on my cell phone

Came up on caller ID as private caller, I didn't answer.  No message was left.  I checked the number and found out it was Con Ed.  They have no reason to call me...I an out of their service area.
