Asked to speak to person in charge of Con-Ed bill, probably a call-center for an ESCO.

Called but quickly disconnected before Voicemail was triggered.

Calling for the owner regarding the electric bill. I let him know one, the owner is too busy to handle that, two, we wouldn't use a random company that cold calls and uses an autodialer to find live numbers, three, I'm hanging up, and don't call back.

Can only be the losers from India calling. The country has nothing except losers who spend all day telemarketing. The IT skills from India are very poor these days - they need to make phone calls now just to keep up.
