I stayed on the line when I answered and briefly spoke with a real person. He asked how I was and I replied not good because I'm on the Do Not Call List and he hung up on me. I don't have any credit card debt so I mm pretty positive I don't need them to help me lower my interest rate.

Got a recording 1st then some guy in India saying he Was my credit card co. but i have no credit card. I lied n said i was in a nursing home an was 97 yrs old. IT'S ALL A SCAM. Caller I.D. said Pratt Institute. They are calling from India.
