just got a message from this person, sounds indian, and he is threatening to sue me also if I don't call within 2 days, he says that he has my ssn and will contact my pay roll to garnish my wages. he called me a few years ago with threatening messages.
I tried calling this number and the voice mail is full and is not receiving messages
This number calls saying they are from a law firm who is going to sue me. They demand my ssn. They threaten wage garnishment and say they need my information. Total scam!!!!!!

No [***] Indian is going to call you and tell you that he is going to sue you. He will just sue you.
If you get a call from these [***] stains on the underpants of life, just hang up. They want someone to pay them. Someone, somewhere has paid them already. This is why they keep trying. Don't pay them - they won't call anymore.
Just rec'd a call from William Jacobs at this 718 number but said he was with Brown & Smith Law Firm. I am to call back a completely different number 929-268-1973 which has the same complaints tied to it. Threatening to garnish my wages, etc., etc. They can certainly try - no job, no money...
