Got a call, pressed one and spoke to a guy saying he would lower my interest rate. They acted like they were from my credit card company. When I questioned the guy about who he was he hung up on me. I spoke to my credit card company and they said itis a consolidation company. I called back and the phone was always busy. Fake [***]!
I answered and it was some automated msg... They told me something about thanks for your credit card usage but she did not tell me anything about which credit card or which bank she represented. She offered lower rates then said to press 1 to speak with live operator or press 2 to end call
