Looks like Rachel or her sleazy sister are still at it.  Same recorded message as others report above.  Got the call at 9:48 am yesterday.  Scumbags.

I got this call today, and they wait till the message starts, then they hang up. ....HARASSEMENT

Would love to be able to block EVERY call I get from "Card Services."

Yeah, some "service." Being pestered by con artists -- who make money just by robo-calling even if nobody answers! (at least, according to NOBODY posting above 2 Nov 2012).

Excellent information- Id like to see these scum bags hanging from a torn  net over a shark tank.
