718-425-3141 - SCARED SCAMMER.  He will ask you to hire an attorney for tax fraud on filing your taxes.  Ask him for information on why and DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.  He will get nervous during the call if you ask him questions then ask him to mail you a letter for you to take to the police department for investigation.  He will then get more nervous and tell you he will review your taxes and may call you back.  SCARED SCAMMER..

Says he's with the IRS legal dept.  was asking to speak with my 60+ mother, sounded like a scam, was very nervous sounding.  Says we were being charged with tax evasion, which I knew wasn't true.  Don't give any personal info.

Received a call at 8:00 this morning from this number.  Said he was Jason from the IRS and his badge number is 80995.  Told me I was being sued for tax evasion and that a sheriff would be arriving at my place of employment or home in 45 minutes to arrest me.  I hung up at this point; I didn't have time to continue to listen to this nonsense.

This person claimed to be with the IRS and said that my taxes were audited from 2008 thru 2012 and I was being sued by the IRS for tax evasion.  He claims that the IRS tried to send a letter to my house twice and that both times it was returned.  I did not receive a notice from the post office that they tried to deliver a letter.  He said the IRS was going to freeze my asset, garnish my wages, go after my home and vehicle, and report this to my employer and the credit bureau.  When I tried to get more information, the call suddenly became quiet.

They called me on April fool's day.
I told them I am a FBI, Stop calling me or I will personally hunt you down. I will subpoena google voice call and find out who you are. I will make sure you are on the wanted list. Then the Indian accent guy hung up.
