I consider this spam, as the caller ID only says New York, NY.  The number they leave for callback is an automated tree, not a human.
It is the alleged "customer service" responding to weeks-old complaints, but call cannot be returned. Super-horrible "support", no way to actually speak to a human being (which was a big part of the complaint). Called my do-not-call listed mobile, but I guess they have the right because I *did* have a business relationship with them. This is who owns this number - and 718-7090774 too, also called with masked CID, and in a voicemail did not identify who they were.
