Who called from 7184416709

Has been calling me once or twice a day during the last week.  No messages left; I don't answer.

got a call from this number and stupidly answered a call from an unknown number.  He asked for me by name and after asking me how I was doing he hung up on me.  I am Do Not Call list for what good it soes

They are probably criminals.  Since when do criminals follow the DNC?

To all effected by unwanted calls made to you from my home phone #.

Please be advised that my phone number was hacked or spoofed.

In other words some unscrupulous person(s) was using my number to hide their identity/phone #.

I have since temporarily disconnected my number (in continuous family use for the past 45 years) in hopes that this will solve the problem and stop the craziness.

Please consider that those using my caller ID info to call your number may have also compromised your phone numbers ID.

While these calls were completely beyond my control, I sincerely apologize for any and all inconvenience caused by an event that used my name/phone number and identity.
