Missed call, no message left, tried to call back, says number out of service

4 times this number has called now they are PISSING me off

this number called 3 times in a row yesterday.  I answered the first one and some middle eastern male started yelling at me so i hung up and they called right back

Got call and a woman with accent asked for me when I asked who she was she said "I told you". I said WHAT? and no answer

I just got a call from this number, can some one tell me who's calling me ?
