Called 9:32 am 2.14.17. Answering machine caught "commercial that you" then it hung up. Have received the robocall with this message numerous times in the past couple of years with other caller id numbers. Unfortunately, with today's electronic technology they can fake(spoof) a real legitimate organization's name and number and be calling from ANYWHERE in the world. So, even if it is a legitimate organization you can't tell from the caller ID!!! As stated above and elsewhere NEVER pick up or click on a number they tell you to click on. It will frequently tell them you are a "live" person and they will keep calling forever and even sell your number to other scammers and robocallers !!! Death to Robocalls!!!!
Got my call just after noon today. If my namesake actually wants to accomplish something useful, he could go after the countries that these calls originate in.
