Try and call the number back and you just get a busy signal

Just got a call from this number. It was a male with an accent but as far as the message it was broken up and not very understandable.

Also received same message and contact person.   Sounded strange with an accent , but a NY area code.

This number keeps call me. I got the same message about the IRS. The guy had an accent and was very hard to understand.

Omg i got that same call ..heard the message i got worried but i didnt call back..looking at these posts made me feel better that it was nothing family or personal related ..but i did report the number
