I get t he calls. And block each one on my iPhone. It comes back with a different number with the last. Four digits. The last one I answered and a female said she was from Fidelity. I told her to go F herself. I don't push thinks like that but I can't br pleasant to [***] holes like this. If Fidelity has anything to do with this it will be ending my relationship with but I belief it is not.

The caller identified herself as "from Fidelity" and asked about an account from our church. I called Fidelity later and they said this call was not authorized by them and that the number was not theirs.

Same thing several times a day. Leave no message and sometimes calls right back immediately. Caller ID shows D.F King and a Google search for them with just the 718 area code indicates numerous complaints on several other numbers other than what we have been experiencing (e.g  https://www.google.com/#safe=off&q=718+D+F+King). Highly suggest that people submit complaint of numbers/businesses that do this here, and at the gov websites https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. especially if a number of people complain about the same number. Companies or individuals who fail to comply can face up to $16,000 fines per call. More about what the FCC is doing, your rights etc can be found here http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0108-national-do-not-call-registry#calls. Also checkout the most recent action the gov is taking by reading this article in the Washington post Sick of telemarketers and robocalls? The FCC is poised for a crackdown http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switc ... or-a-crackdown/. Keep reporting them folks seems like we are making ground. -Doc D

I received calls daily from this number during time when nobody is at home and have been blocking the multiple numbers.

However, today I received a letter stating URGENT PROXY VOTING REQUEST from Fidelity. An attached booklet includes the following:

"Who is D.F. King & Co., Inc.?

D.F. King is a third party proxy vendor that Fidelity hires to call shareholders and record proxy votes. To hold a shareholder meeting, quorum must be reached. If a quorum is not attained, the meeting may adjourn to a future date. Fidelity attempts to reach shareholders via multiple mailings to remind them to cast their vote. As the meeting approaches, phone calls may be made to clients who have not yet voted their shares so that the shareholder meeting does not have to be postponed.

Voting your shares immediately will help minimize additional solicitation expenses and prevent the need to make a call to you to solicit your vote."

So, just go find the letter Fidelity has sent you, send in your vote and get it over.
