Who called from 7185096820

Complaints on this thread go back to year 2010.  Here it is April 2016 and the problem is not resolved. Easy to say block the call but my phone carrier allows only a certain number of blocked calls to list versus the number of unwanted calls I receive daily!
The party left a response after I listening to my recording saying. "Hello, are you still there?".

If its your cell phone download caller id block apps i actually use 3 that take care of these call.Whitepages app, Phone Warrior app and True caller app all on Googleplay.

This # is still Actively spamming in 2017.

I received 3 back to back calls with no message so, I decided to check it out. Thanks for the info guys.
