A foreign person, maybe Arabic, tried to convince me to pay money to receive a $6700grant from the US Treasury Dept.

I just got this call myself and I'm trying to figure out if it's a scam because they want me to pay $250 before I even get the money. Did you go through with it & did you receive the grant?

I got a call from this same person Sam Redman as well . What did you do? did you find out if it's a scam?
