Person asked me to send 200.00 to receive 9700 .00 grant from fed bank of NY. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Said if I sent 210.00 I would get 9910.00 from US government. Didn't even sound like he could speak English very well.

I got a call they asked for $200 to receive $9,100 didn't really sound convincing the government don't give up that much money

Received a call stating that I would be getting a "grant" in the amount of $9,700 from the US Government because I am a good citizen who pays my taxes, doesn't have a criminal record and hasn't file bankruptcy in the past 6 months.  I just need to go to WalMart and do a money gram for $210 to John Paul and then I would receive my $9,910 in cash.  The caller wanted to know if I could do this within the next hour and then wanted to know if I had any doubts about this grant money.
