Who called from 7185146814

I do not know anyone in New York City and do not appreciate any phone calls.

Cell Rang twice @ 7:42, left no msg.

I got this illegal call on my cell on 6-28-13 @ 5:40 pm. Caller ID Unknown. No message left. I *67'ed the #. Got a recording. Julie of Reward Redemption saying I was called because I visited one of their affiliate websites. I'm receiving a $100 gift card to my choice of Target, Home Depot, etc.
This is a scam. I've never left my cell # on any website. Beware!

Got a call from this number today and likewise they hung up. Number they called is on the no call list.

This number called and the phone rang about two times. When I answered, they hung up.
