This individual called me and told me he was from NSTAR and that the State of Massachusetts has lowered my power bill from 10.8 to 8.6 cents per unit. I said GREAT and then they asked for my Account Number. I said if you are NSTAR you have this information, and told him that his statement of saying he was from NSTAR was FRAUD and I was going to report him. He said let me transfer you to my Supervisor and then hung up. He called me back and then transferred me to STEVE 800-232-2477 Ext 116. I informed Steve that I was going to report this company to the Attorney General with hopes that they would be charged with FRAUD... I did a search on this number and noticed that they are harassing many people and no one is willing to make them STOP. I hope that the Attorney General for the State of Massachusetts can do something with this Company.
